These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Our Love Story website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Our Love Story ("we", "us", or "our"). 1. Subscription Model and Payment
Our Love Story offers a one-time payment subscription model. This payment grants you access to complete a form detailing your relationship, create a personalized website, and generate a QR code to share it. We use Stripe to process payments. You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction information is provided directly to Stripe.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed and the website and QR code are generated, we cannot offer a refund. This policy is in accordance with consumer protection laws for digital downloads.
3. User Data and Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service. This includes:
Email address (to create an account)
Couple's names
Relationship milestones (dates)
Images (uploaded by you)
We do not share your data with any third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
4. Acceptable Use
The Service is intended for personal use only. You may not use the Service for any commercial purpose or any unlawful activity.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Love Story owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Service, including the website, app, content, and design. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Service for your personal use only.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
